1. What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express

2. What times are you available?

Bikes can be picked up as early as 8am (with a reservation) or 10am with no reservation (if bikes are available). We close at 6pm most of the time, but during event weeks we may stay open later. Check with us and if we can arrange a later drop-off for your bike we will (no guarantees though). Lastest pickup for half day rental is 2pm.

3. How old do you have to be to rent an E-Cycle?

Ages 18 and up only, unless a parent is renting and riding and then you can be as young as 16.

4. What are the restrictions on the E-Cycles?

Maximum weight 290. You can ride the E-Cycle anywhere but in the salt water as that damages the bike. ANY evidence of salt water will result in loss of deposit. You can go on the beach, road or off-road with our bikes, we just don’t recommend any cliff jumping!

5. Why E-Cycle?

Our FLAUNT bikes have the safest stock batteries in our class as well as 6 different levels of pedal assist. Bikes motors work great on hills and bridges or when the sand is softer than expected! Our bikes also come with integrated head lights, tail lights and brake lights for safety. Our bikes offer an extremely smooth ride without vibrations and our thumb control makes switching from pedal to pedal-assist and between gears seamless. Tired of riding? No problem, our walk assist feature will get you easily through any terrain that you don’t want to ride or help you push the bike up and down beach ramps. The beautiful LCD display lets you know how fast and how far you are going.

6. How long does the battery last?

This depends on many factors; weight of rider, terrain, amount of assist, etc. But a 160 biker should be able to go up to 40 miles before recharging.

7. What if I run out of charge?

Our rental price includes a charger so charge up anytime you need! Our bikes are rented out fully charged.
